October 2023: PWC report confirmed global ESG-related assets under management (AuM) are forecast to increase to US$33.9tn by 2026, from US$18.4tn in 2021, making up 21,5% of assets under management. 

Environmental Impact (‘E’) - all development and operational carbon is offset.

Social Impact (‘S’) - comprising circa 30% of the ESG market we achieve a typical social return of 4-8 X investment made.

The technology powering Reef ESG

The ‘E’, end to end carbon offset solution and programme:

  • Embodied carbon from construction or manufacturing processes over projects operational lifecycle is offset on a unique carbon programme.

  • Clean energy produced (including heat recovery) is registered and monitored for project life cycles offset on a unique carbon programme.

  • Carbon sequestration using earth monitoring to REDD+ to verify, authenticate and standardise credits on a carbon offset platform.

  • Transparent carbon offset programme with real time dash board for project checks, carbon audit and verification.

The ‘S’, articulating and calculating social value and Social Return on Investment (SROI):

  • Support of local charities and education in the communities we operate sponsored by our projects.  

  • Social impact and outcomes determined by the local stakeholders for the benefit of the local community.

  • SAAS Bridge programme bringing together key aspects of social activity, including charitable donations, volunteering, employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.

  • Visualised on a real-time trusted dashboard, using a recognised national framework (eg: National TOMS in the UK) for measuring social value and charitable programme.
